We use all the following systems to provide you with the proper fire ratings and water seals where applicable for penetrations, top of wall, edge of slab, expansion joints, etc. We also can provide all necessary work for any a typical situation and when an engineering judgment is necessary we can submit and receive it back within 48 hours.
FS One- Intumescent firestop selant-
Used for large and small penetrations as well as metal and non-metallic penetrations through gypsum and concrete walls and floors.
Firefoam- Expandable firestop faom with a class one water rating-
Used for large and small penetrations as well as metal and non metallic penetrations through gypsum and concrete walls and floors. Firefoam is a good product to use due tot he fact that most environmental conditions do not effect it such as dust, rain, standing water, etc.
CP 604- Self-leveling firestop which provides a class one water rating-
Used for large holes and floor penetrations where a water seal is necessary.
CP 606- Elastomasteric firestop selant-
Used for top of wall and metal penetrations through gypsum wall
CP 601 S- Silicone based selant-
Used to achieve a 3 or 4 hour fire rating. This product also provides a class one water seal.
CP 637 Fire Mortar-
Used for large blank openings
